3D Character Modeling
Inspired by Heikouhei
A character 3D design project made with Maya software. This project portraits a world view that in the mysterious deep forest there are these dolls controlled by the creatures perched on their shoulders, functioning like puppets. Under the creatures’ manipulation, the dolls can display facial expressions, speak, and move. These creatures are a type of spirit from the deciduous forest, belonging to a relatively hidden race. They use these half-bodied dolls to float and weave through the forest, serving as a kind of social mask for them.
